Sec. 98-1. - Ordinances saved from repeal.

Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code affects the validity of any ordinance pertaining to a municipal service taxing unit (mstu) or municipal service benefit unit (msbu), community development district or other special district that is not published in this Code. All such ordinances continue in full force and effect.
