Sec. 202-1. - Courthouse annex authorized in western portion of county.
That the board of county commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, be and they are hereby now authorized to establish a courthouse annex in the western portion of Pasco County, Florida and that they may acquire the site for the same by gift, purchase or otherwise or that they may lease any building located therein in said area for the establishment of such annex and that when established that the same may be made available to all of the county officials of Pasco County, Florida for the carrying on and the conducting of the functions of their respective offices as services to the residents and citizens of such area and that the said purpose is hereby now declared as being a proper county purpose and they are hereby now authorized to use and expend county funds for such purposes.

Sec. 202-2. - Courthouse annex authorized in New Port Richey.
That the board of county commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, be and they are hereby now authorized and empowered to acquire by gift or purchase, and to establish in the city limits of New Port Richey, Florida, an annex of the county courthouse and to provide therein facilities for the carrying on of the duties and functions of each of the county offices desiring to use the same for such purposes and that the said board may purchase any existing building or may acquire a lot and construct a building thereon for such purpose.

Sec. 202-3. - Location of meetings of board of county commissioners or other county boards.
Upon the giving of due public notice, the board of county commissioners of Pasco County and any other county board authorized to hold public hearings or meetings are hereby authorized to hold any special meetings such as special assessment, taxing districts, board of tax adjustment, or similar single-purpose meetings at any location in Pasco County. General countywide business shall be conducted in the Pasco County courthouse, the Pasco County government complex, or other such county-owned/operated facilities that are permitted by general or special law.
