ARTICLE II. - JUNKYARDS, MOTOR VEHICLE WRECKING YARDS AND USED CAR PARTS BUSINESSES


Sec. 210-26. - Fence required.

From and after January 1, 1964, no person, firm or corporation shall operate or maintain in Pasco County any junkyard, motor vehicle wrecking yard or used car parts business unless and until the same shall be enclosed by a fence, the construction of which will obscure the view thereof by the passing public. Said fence shall be of a height not less than eight feet, and all of the operations of such business shall be carried on and conducted within the enclosure of such fence.

Sec. 210-27. - Maintenance.

The owners of any such yards shall maintain the same in a clean, safe and sanitary condition so as to prevent any offensive odors arising therefrom or the development of any mosquito-breeding pools or bodies of water standing within vessels or other containers or upon the grounds.

Sec. 210-28. - Violations; penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this act [article], shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
