Sec. 246-1. - Kirby Storter Park, designated.
(a)
The roadside park adjacent to bridge 93 on state road 90 (U.S. Highway 41) and located 13.471 miles east of the intersection of state road 29 and state road 90 in Section 7 of Township 53 South, Range 32 East in Collier County is hereby designated as the Kirby Storter Park.
(b)
The department of transportation and the board of county commissioners of Collier County are authorized to erect appropriate markers to indicate the designation made by this section.
