Sec. 202-301. - Use for schools.
All moneys received for Collier County from parimutuel funds pursuant to F.S. chs. 550 and 551 in excess of the amount necessary to pay the principal and interest on bonds which pledge such moneys and which were issued by Collier County on or before November 1, 1987, shall be paid to, and for the benefit of, the school board of Collier County. This section shall not be construed to impair the obligations of any contract.
