ARTICLE VI. - FISHING


Sec. 22-101. - Fishing in city lakes generally.

Fishing is permitted in and on all city-owned lakes that are under the jurisdiction of the city parks and recreation department subject to compliance with all state and city laws and regulations.

Sec. 22-102. - Species which may be taken from city lakes; injuring illegal fish.

It shall be unlawful for any person to take more than six (6) large-mouth black bass or subspecies thereof or six (6) crappie or ten (10) sunfish or perch during one (1) day. It shall be unlawful to take and possess a large-mouth bass or subspecies thereof of less than seven (7) inches. It shall be unlawful to injure any illegal fish.
