Sec. 32-1. - Rental rates for convention facilities; policies.
(a)
The rental rates for the Convention Facilities, including the Convention Center Arena, the Lila Cockrell Theatre, the Municipal Auditorium, the Beethoven Hall, the South and North Exhibit Halls, the North Banquet Hall, the Gallery, the South Banquet Hall, the Meeting Rooms, and the International Conference Center shall be as set out in Attachment I to Ordinance No. 80783, as amended, which was approved and adopted, and which is incorporated herein by reference.
(b)
The Rental Policies of the San Antonio Convention Center, the Services of the San Antonio Convention Center and the Municipal Auditorium Rental Policies, (Attachments II, III and IV) are approved and adopted and incorporated herein by reference.

Sec. 32-2. - Rates and fees for the Alamodome.
The rates and fees for the Alamodome shall be as set out in Attachment I to Ordinance No. 78728 which attachment is incorporated herein by reference.
The five dollar ($5.00) parking fee for the Alamodome as set out in attachment I to Ordinance No. 78728 is hereby increased to ten dollars ($10.00). All other rates and fees for the use of the Alamodome shall remain in full force and effect.
A renewal and improvement facility fee is established in the amount of fifty cents ($.50) per ticket sold for events at the Alamodome.
The following fees are hereby established:
Convention Center executive board room rental, per day .....$500.00
Lila Cockrell Theatre and Municipal Auditorium scaffolding rental per event .....50.00
Lila Cockrell Theatre and Municipal Auditorium banner drop fee, per drop .....50.00
Lila Cockrell Theatre and Municipal Auditorium lighting tree rental per day .....15.00
Truss rental, per stick .....25.00
per corner block .....10.00
Municipal Auditorium caterer's application fee(renewable every three (3) years) .....300.00
Risers: From $10.00 per day to $20.00 per day
Tables: From $5.00 per day to $10.00 per day
Dance floor: From $3.50 per piece to $5.00 per piece
Chairs: From $.60 per chair to $1.20 per chair
Audio/visual overtime rate: From $25.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour

Sec. 32-3. - Parks department lease agreement name changes or assignment application fees.
Applications to the department of parks and recreation for name changes, name additions or assignments for any lease or license agreement administered by said department shall require payment of the following application fee:
Name change or addition application fee .....$ 300.00
Assignment application fee .....1,500.00
The application fee shall be due and payable upon receipt of the application for name changes, name additions, or assignments. Fees are not refundable and will be retained by the city if the name change, name addition, or assignment is approved or not.
