Sec. 6-51. - Adoption of the San Antonio Property Maintenance Code.
The 2009 San Antonio Property Maintenance Code is hereby adopted as the minimum housing code for the city. Three (3) copies of the code, which is incorporated by reference in this section marked "Exhibit A," have been filed with the office of the city clerk pursuant to Section 17 of the City Charter for permanent record and inspection. From the date on which the ordinance from which this section derives shall take effect, the provisions thereof are controlling within the limits of the city.
