Sec. 19-111. - Limitations on turning around (U-turns).
The driver of any vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any street in a business district; at any intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal unless signs are posted permitting a U-turn; nor upon any other street unless such movement can be made in safety without interfering with other traffic.

Sec. 19-112. - One-way street locations.
Upon those streets and parts of streets designated by separate ordinance, vehicular traffic shall move only in the direction indicated when signs indicating the direction of traffic are erected and maintained at every intersection.

Sec. 19-113. - Entering and leaving alleys.
Vehicles shall enter all alleys running in a general direction of north and south and all right-angled or L-shaped alleys from the north end and leave from the south end, and shall enter east and west alleys from the east and leave from the west end, except that the alley lying between Broadway and Jefferson and extending from Travis Street to Pecan Street shall be entered by vehicles from the south end and exit made from the north end. This section shall only apply to alleyways within an area bounded by I.H. 35, I.H. 37 and Durango Boulevard.

Sec. 19-114. - Restricted access.
No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any controlled-access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority. No person shall drive a vehicle across the median strip between lanes of a controlled roadway.

Sec. 19-115. - Direction of traffic on controlled-access highways.
The direction of travel of vehicles on each lane of a controlled-access roadway shall be one way only as designated.
