Sec. 32-121. - Promulgation of rule; violations.
The director is specifically authorized to develop, implement and enforce all necessary and proper rules for the management and operation of the Centro de Artes del Mercado. Violation of such rules shall be cause for immediate cancellation of any lease agreement pertaining to the Centro de Artes del Mercado building between the city and the violator or his representative. Such violation shall also be good and sufficient reason for refusal to lease any space in Market Square to said violator or his representative.

Sec. 32-122. - Exclusive catering agreements.
No exclusive catering agreement will be a part of any lease agreement or contract pertaining to the Centro de Artes del Mercado.

Sec. 32-123. - Display of food licenses, etc.
Food licenses and other required certificates must be prominently displayed in the kitchen area of the Centro de Artes del Mercado by any person or persons using the kitchen to handle food products.

Sec. 32-124. - Health card for food handlers.
Any person or persons who shall handle food products, either as caterer or employee, must have a health card and such card must be prominently displayed in the kitchen area of the Centro de Artes del Mercado building.

Sec. 32-125. - Applicability of health provisions.
All stipulations of articles I through IV of chapter 13, Food and Food Handlers, are applicable to any person handling food products in the kitchen area of the Centro de Artes del Mercado, and will be enforced.

The Director or Market Square Manager is hereby authorized to execute memorandums of understanding for a period not to exceed one (1) year with various artists for the public display of propriety art work in the Centro de Artes in Market Square.
(b)
The Director or Market Square Manager is hereby authorized to act on behalf of the city in the preparation and handling of the various memorandums of understanding for the public display of propriety art work in the Centro de Artes in Market Square.
