⁽¹⁵⁾ Editor's note— The provisions of this title must be read in light of section A-101 of the Charter, which provides for the transfer of functions of abolished governmental agencies to new departments, etc., created by the Charter. This section provides that the functions of the board of harbor commissioners shall be transferred to and performed by the department of commerce of the city. It further provides that the functions of the building inspector shall be transferred to and performed by the department of licenses and inspections. (Back)
