Sec. 5-86. - Adoption of California Mechanical Code.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, that certain code, known and designated as the 2007 Edition of the California Mechanical Code, including appendix Chapters A to said codes, as published by the California Building Standards Commission, is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part of this chapter with the same effect as if fully set forth herein and is hereby declared to be the mechanical code of the county, and the provisions thereof shall apply to the unincorporated area of the county.
