Sec. 13.01. - Establishment authorized.

There may be established a port and industrial authority for the consolidated city.

Sec. 13.02. - Grant of powers under Acts 1952, Chapter 46.

All of the provisions and powers set forth in Chapter 46, Acts of Assembly, 1952, as amended, are hereby granted to the consolidated city as though the consolidated city were the city set forth in such chapter.
