Sec. 16.01. - Creation of the Hilton Village Architectural Review Board.

There may be created by ordinance a Hilton Village Architectural Review Board which shall have the authority and power to review all building and construction plans pertaining to the Hilton Village Historical Zoning District. The architectural review board shall have the power to review all plans pertaining to the Hilton Village Historical Zoning District, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, and the city council may enact by ordinance such rules and regulations pertaining to the review board as it deems necessary.
