Sec. 9.01. - Establishment of position; appointment; term; qualifications; powers and duties.

The council may appoint a city auditor for a four-year term. He shall be qualified by training and experience for the duties of his office, and shall have supervision and control of the personnel in his department. The city auditor's duties and responsibilities shall be those set out by council in an ordinance.
