Should any provision of this subdivision ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity or constutionality of this subdivision ordinance as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
