Whoever violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each offense. Each and every day on which a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
