The owner may appeal a notice of a violation or the assessment of fees for the abatement of a violation in accordance with the provisions for appeals of deteriorated conditions, as set forth in Article II of Chapter 15.08. Appeals of the assessment of penalties shall be in accordance with the provisions set forth in Chapter 1.12.

The limitation period provided pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6 shall apply to all petitioners seeking judicial review of administrative determinations.
