Sec. 20-1. - Violating posted rules and regulations for beach, swimming or boating facilities.


Sec. 20-1. - Violating posted rules and regulations for beach, swimming or boating facilities. [117]

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any rules and regulations established for the safety of persons using public beach, swimming and boating facilities established by the board of supervisors or by any duly constituted public agency when such rules and regulations have been conspicuously posted on the public property.
