Sec. 26A-19-010. - Fees and charges.

(a)

Fees. The board of supervisors by resolution shall establish a schedule of fees and charges following the procedures required by law to recover the reasonable costs of providing services, enforcing regulations, processing of mining permits and reclamation plans, inspection of mining operations and for modification of any mining permits or reclamation plans.

Processing fees shall be paid by applicants at the time of filing for a permit or plan approval. Annual monitoring, mitigation, administration, and inspection charges shall be paid by aggregate operators by the due date of such billings issued by the county.
