Sec. 2-33.20. - Investment authority.

The authority to invest or reinvest the funds of the county and the funds of other depositors in the county treasury is delegated to the county treasurer. The treasurer will assume full responsibility for such transactions. The board of supervisors shall review this delegation annually, and determine whether to renew or revoke the delegation.
