Sec. 6.35. - Off-street parking fund.

The council is hereby authorized in its discretion to establish a fund into which payments for the purpose of providing off-street parking facilities from individual firms, persons, corporations, or property owners, shall be deposited, and from which appropriations shall be made exclusively for the purpose of organizing, establishing, or enlarging off-street parking facilities within the town.
